It is possible, the Microsoft platform for Unified Communications and business applications like Dynamics CRM 4.0 are fully integrated for services like Presence and Unified Messaging "Out of the Box". From a Service Proider standpoint, we are simply providing a single solution from Microsoft in a Software as a Service model.
