How We Do Business

Founded in 1997, implement.com Corporation specializes in Microsoft technologies in order to provide clients with project-focused consulting services of the highest quality. Among the broad range of services we provide are:

We build, develop, deploy, and document complex infrastructure solutions, and provide training worldwide to Microsoft and to Microsoft’s customers. Our consultants work in both North America and Europe. We take pride in making sure projects are completed successfully, on time, and within budget. Our staff benefits from experience managing, developing and delivering products for Microsoft and for major Microsoft customers.

Solutions

We are a key Microsoft partner in developing and documenting all releases of the Microsoft Solutions for Windows-based Hosting, including Hosted Exchange 2003. Our broad experience with Microsoft includes Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Microsoft® Windows Mobile™-based Smartphone, MSN® Mobile, and many other current Microsoft products. In addition, we have extensive knowledge and experience with implementing large-scale Exchange Server platforms and with complex migrations in both service provider and telecommunications companies around the world.

Steve Schwartz, President

Steve founded implement.com Corporation in 1997 to provide consulting for enterprises and commercial service providers. Steve has over nineteen years of experience in successfully delivering high-quality results on a variety of technical projects. In his early career, he gained expertise in supporting OS/2 for IBM. Steve's extensive experience in the IT and consulting industry includes courseware and training development projects for Microsoft Official Curriculum (now Microsoft Learning), consultation for Microsoft Consulting Services on a wide variety of projects, and consultation for Microsoft Product Groups, including the Microsoft Communications Sector group that develops the Hosted Messaging and Collaboration Solution. His technical communications and consulting background includes an international reach with delivery expertise in the United States, South America, Asia, the Middle East, and Europe. Steve has been a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer since 1994.

Mark Goff, Director of Software Development

Mark joined implement.com in 2001, following more than seventeen years of experience in the high-tech industry. Mark is a development project leader for implement.com and brings with him a unique mixture of technical and management skills. Prior to joining implement.com, he worked in several different high-tech organizations with a focus in information technology, project management, and software development. His background includes a broad base of Web development and programming technologies as well as extensive experience in relational database development. Mark's experience includes over seven years working as a technical project manager. Mark is a Microsoft Certified Professional in Microsoft's SQL ServerTM 2000.

Jason Holm, Director of Business Development

Jason joined implement.com in 2005, bringing over seventeen years of project leadership experience. Jason is a demonstrated leader of high-profile projects for medium and large companies. He has a proven ability to analyze business needs, develop business plans, and deliver effective solutions against tight project timelines. Jason's experience also includes strategic and tactical business planning, leading systems development efforts, and vendor selection and management.

Tim Ritchie, Vice President of Sales

Tim joined implement.com in 2008. Tim is a senior sales executive with more than 20 years of experience in sales and marketing roles, including Program Manager, Channel Manager, Director of Sales, Director of Marketing, and Account Director. He has represented both professional services and product companies in the software, consulting, engineering, and mobile industries. Developing deep customer and partner relationships is Tim’s area of expertise.

Janice Howd, Content Design and Development Manager

Janice brings thirteen years of content design, development, consulting, and leadership experience to implement.com. She joined implement.com in 2005 after five years as an independent consultant and trainer, and six years with Microsoft Corporation in various content planning, design, development, and team leadership roles. She has demonstrated ability to deliver quality content on time and in budget, ranging in size from small white papers to entire training curricula.

Jim Chamberlin, Vice President, Finance and Operations

Jim's experiences range from providing professional services to some of the largest companies in the world to building and shaping growth-oriented organizations starting with less than five people. He has spent the last twenty years focusing on the growth and development of small businesses. These businesses have matured within varied strategic goals, including the sale to a Fortune 100 company, significant growth within a closely held company, and an initial public offering (IPO) on the NASDAQ Stock Market.

Irene Barnett, e-Learning Solutions Manager

Irene has over seventeen years of project leadership experience producing technical documentation and courseware for the software industry. Prior to joining implement.com, she spearheaded new processes and tool development for clients such as Microsoft, Adobe, and Intuit, with a focus on e-learning solutions. Irene combines a customer-focused approach with proven team leadership skills to develop high-quality online courseware.

Vlad Mott, Engineering Manager

Vlad has a seventeen-year background in systems engineering and consulting, specializing in Microsoft technologies. He has provided team and technical leadership on a variety of multimillion-dollar IT messaging infrastructure projects in the United States, Europe, and Asia. In addition, Vlad was a Senior Consultant for Microsoft Corporation from 2001 to 2004, where he supervised large-scale migrations to Hosted Microsoft Exchange. His skills include project management, team leadership, depth technical consulting, large-scale system design, migration, and scale testing.
