Steve Schwartz, President

Steve founded implement.com Corporation in 1997 to provide consulting for Microsoft and commercial service providers that utilize the Microsoft platform for cloud services. Steve has over 22 years of experience in successfully delivering high-quality results on a variety of technical projects. In his early career, he gained expertise supporting OS/2 for IBM.

Steve is something of a pioneer in the Hosted Exchange business, having worked with Microsoft in 1999 on the very first project to document how to deliver Hosted Exchange 2000. Steve and implement.com have been working with Microsoft ever since then on how to deliver their products in the cloud as a service and then helping Microsoft customers deploy the services.

In 2006, Steve started Chinook Communications to provide hosted Messaging, Collaboration, and Communications services on the Microsoft cloud services platform. Chinook was the first service provider to deploy into production Microsoft Lync Server 2010 Multitenant Pack for Partner Hosted, a testament to the vision and capability of Steve and the team at implement.com and Chinook Communications.  

Mark Goff, Vice President of Software Development

Mark joined implement.com in 2001, following more than seventeen years of experience in the high-tech industry. Mark is a development project leader for implement.com and brings with him a unique mixture of technical and management skills. Prior to joining implement.com, he worked in several different high-tech organizations with a focus in information technology, project management, and software development. His background includes a broad base of Web development and programming technologies as well as extensive experience in relational database development. Mark's experience includes over seven years working as a technical project manager. Mark is a Microsoft Certified Professional in Microsoft's SQL Serverâ„¢ 2000.

Jason Holm, Vice President of Consulting Services

Jason joined implement.com in 2005, bringing over seventeen years of project leadership experience. Jason is a demonstrated leader of high-profile projects for medium and large companies. He has a proven ability to analyze business needs, develop business plans, and deliver effective solutions against tight project timelines. Jason's experience also includes strategic and tactical business planning, leading systems development efforts, and vendor selection and management.

Jim Chamberlin, Vice President, Finance and Administration

Jim's experiences range from providing professional services to some of the largest companies in the world to building and shaping growth-oriented organizations starting with less than five people. He has spent the last twenty years focusing on the growth and development of small businesses. These businesses have matured within varied strategic goals, including the sale to a Fortune 100 company, significant growth within a closely held company, and an initial public offering (IPO) on the NASDAQ Stock Market.

Irene Barnett, Vice President of Content Services

Irene has over seventeen years of project leadership experience producing technical documentation and courseware for the software industry. Prior to joining implement.com, she spearheaded new processes and tool development for clients such as Microsoft, Adobe, and Intuit, with a focus on e-learning solutions. Irene combines a customer-focused approach with proven team leadership skills to develop high-quality online courseware.
