Steve has over 22 years of experience in successfully delivering high-quality results on a variety of technical projects. In his early career, he gained expertise in supporting OS/2 for IBM. Steve's extensive experience in the IT and consulting industry includes courseware and training development projects for Microsoft Official Curriculum (now Microsoft Learning), consultation for Microsoft Consulting Services on a wide variety of projects, and consultation for Microsoft Product Groups, including the Microsoft Communications Sector group that develops the Hosted Messaging and Collaboration Solution. His technical communications and consulting background includes an international reach with delivery expertise in the United States, South America, Asia, the Middle East, and Europe. Steve has been a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer since 1994.
Mark joined implement.com in 2001, following more than seventeen years of experience in the high-tech industry. Mark is a development project leader for implement.com and brings with him a unique mixture of technical and management skills. Prior to joining implement.com, he worked in several different high-tech organizations with a focus in information technology, project management, and software development. His background includes a broad base of Web development and programming technologies as well as extensive experience in relational database development. Mark's experience includes over seven years working as a technical project manager. Mark is a Microsoft Certified Professional in Microsoft's SQL Serverâ„¢ 2000.
Jason joined implement.com in 2005, bringing over seventeen years of project leadership experience. Jason is a demonstrated leader of high-profile projects for medium and large companies. He has a proven ability to analyze business needs, develop business plans, and deliver effective solutions against tight project timelines. Jason's experience also includes strategic and tactical business planning, leading systems development efforts, and vendor selection and management.
Having recently left Microsoft after almost 10 years in senior positions, Jarmo joined implement.com in October 2009. Jarmo worked for most of his career at Microsoft in the Communications Sector vertical in consulting, software sales and partner development. In these positions Jarmo's customers included most of the Tier-1 telecommunications companies and service providers in the world.
His most recent position at Microsoft was as Senior Director in Customer Service and Support. Having worked as CIO and CTO for a Fortune 500 mining, manufacturing and energy company for 10 years, Jarmo also has extensive experience in large scale data centre and network operations. Jarmo holds a computer science degree, is a Senior Member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, and has been a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer since 1999.
Jim's experiences range from providing professional services to some of the largest companies in the world to building and shaping growth-oriented organizations starting with less than five people. He has spent the last twenty years focusing on the growth and development of small businesses. These businesses have matured within varied strategic goals, including the sale to a Fortune 100 company, significant growth within a closely held company, and an initial public offering (IPO) on the NASDAQ Stock Market.
Irene has over seventeen years of project leadership experience producing technical documentation and courseware for the software industry. Prior to joining implement.com, she spearheaded new processes and tool development for clients such as Microsoft, Adobe, and Intuit, with a focus on e-learning solutions. Irene combines a customer-focused approach with proven team leadership skills to develop high-quality online courseware.
Chong has 13 years of experience in project leadership and 9 years of experience in information technology consulting. He brings with him years of experience in providing leadership and managing projects from various industries ranging from commercial construction, medical devices, and IT consulting services. He has worked with small and large companies and teams to help clients meet their needs. Chong's MBA and Engineering degrees provide the foundation necessary for him to deeply understand both technical and business situations he faces in his role as Practice Manager.
