Steve founded implement.com Corporation in 1997 to provide consulting for enterprises and commercial service providers. Steve has over nineteen years of experience in successfully delivering high-quality results on a variety of technical projects. In his early career, he gained expertise in supporting OS/2 for IBM. Steve's extensive experience in the IT and consulting industry includes courseware and training development projects for Microsoft Official Curriculum (now Microsoft Learning), consultation for Microsoft Consulting Services on a wide variety of projects, and consultation for Microsoft Product Groups, including the Microsoft Communications Sector group that develops the Hosted Messaging and Collaboration Solution. His technical communications and consulting background includes an international reach with delivery expertise in the United States, South America, Asia, the Middle East, and Europe. Steve has been a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer since 1994.
